As artists, I believe our talent should extend beyond our own benefit. We serve as a voice for others, and I see it as a blessing to contribute to projects like The Art of Furniture by Tech Ed X. In this collaboration with City Furniture, we create incredible furniture pieces alongside children from Silent Victims of Crime—a nonprofit organization that empowers children of incarcerated parents in South Carolina and Florida by providing educational enrichment, social support, and positive mentoring. We aim to show them that there are other ways to envision and build a future, using nothing more than their imagination and a paintbrush.
